Swimsuit Season approaches!!!

With the weather getting warmer and warmer each day the season where we bare our pasty white skin ( or at least mine is) draws closer and closer!  Now I sometimes gringe just thinking of putting a suit on, with all of my battle scars from having the kids its hard to feel sexy in a suit. Now that im on NutriSystem ( which im loving) and working out more I have decided that baring it all during swimsuit season will not be something I dread this year. So when I was sent a beautiful Guria bathing suit to review I was so excited for what the summer will hold. Now I promise you that this review contains no pictures of me in a suit as I don’t want to scare you so much that you never come back to read anything I write lol.

Guria Beachwear ( Guria meaning girl in south Brazilian slang) was launched in 2007 when a dream of designing  beach fashion turned into a reality!  Guria has a wide range of sizes ( larger bust swimwear)  and styles. All of them are beautiful ,very versatile, and a beautiful Brazilian Swimsuit to wear anywhere the sun may take you. They have a range of colors also which is nice because it strays from the common Black or White suits we see so often.  Not only do they have a beautiful line of swimwear they also have a fantastic line of coverups for when you just don’t feel like baring it all.

When I received my swimsuit it came packaged beautifully in its own tote bag, I took it out just to see what I was getting myself into. When I saw the suit I was really happy with it, there was just enough coverage that I didn’t feel like I was supposed to be a 19 year old soaking up the rays, But if thats what you want they have a suit for you also =)

The picture above is the suit I got, but that’s not me!! and the suit I got was a Raspberry pink color which is a perfect blend of pink and purple. I was hoping it would be since I’m not much of a fan of pink but wanted a change. The quality on the suit went above and beyond what I expected, the stitching and fabric are amazing and I’m sure I will have this suit for years to come.  Are you ready for swimsuit season?? Well ready or not heres an amazing giveaway!!! Guria Beachwear is giving on lucky Suburban Coupon Mom a reader a chance to win one of their beautiful swim suits!!!  And if you just cant wait.. heres a fantastic coupon code for 30% off!! Just use the code SUMMER2012 at checkout!!!  Good luck!!!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

it’s a hard choice, but I’d probably pick bliss or sail away and I’d get it for my daughter. I’m dieting and running to lose weight, but it will be another summer (at least) before I will be able to wear something like this. :)

I would choose the Desire Purple – Reversible 3-in-1 Chic Top and Lace Up Bottom This would be my daring bathing suit so it would be for myself. I have lost 50lbs and still have another 25 to go with the lace up bottom and the options the top gives with being tied I could loose this weight and the bathing suit would still fit. My nine year old keeps telling me I need to wear colors that are pretty not just black lol.
