It isn’t often that Hollywood Blvd is covered in ice and snow but leave it to Elsa the Snow Queen to make sure that everything was perfect for the premiere of Disney’s Frozen at the El Capitan theater this past Tuesday. The scene was set for this stunning White carpet premiere with everything including real snow that was trucked in and beautiful decorations that adorned the El Capitan theater. Walking the white carpet with the 24 other bloggers and of course the celebrities was every bit of amazing that you would think. It was nearly impossible to not stop and take in the moment but it goes by so fast that sometimes I have to remind myself that it actually happened. The snow, the people, and the Ice carvers (Yep right there at the end of the carpet) were just the beginning of what was sure to be a fantastically Frozen adventure.
Frozen which is set to premiere in theaters everywhere this Thanksgiving (11/27) is nothing short of spectacular in every way you can imagine ( review coming very soon). As we walked to the El Capitan theater to attend the premiere we stopped to take a picture on the famous Oscar stairs. All dressed up we posed for the camera, all of us looking fantastic, and all of us very excited to be there.

A funny thing happened on the Oscar staircase, as we were having our picture taken a random tourist walked up and decided to take our picture as well. Soon what was one tourist became many and we had around 7 different people taking our picture with a crowd of close to 15 watching us. It was hilarious and fun to have people taking our pictures like we were celebritites ( they probably thought we were). Luckily Brandy from Not So Average Mama snapped a pic of our paparazzi so that we could share it with everyone!
As we walked down the carpet there were many stars looking fantastic having their pictures taken and giving interviews.

As always The El Capitan theater does not upset as it has quickly become my favorite theater to watch movies in ( too bad it is so far away). When we arrived at our seats we were entertained with the magical sounds of Disney music being played from a beautifully complex organ.
Right before Frozen was about to begin Robert Iger, CEO of the Walt Disney Company came out to pay tribute to the passing of one of Walt Disney’s daughters Diane Disney Miller.
“Diane and her sister Sharon were the inspiration for their Dad to build Disneyland to create a safe, clean happy place for families, grandparents, parents and children alike to enjoy. She was a woman who had a great heart and spirit. She worked tirelessly to protect and preserve the legacy of her Dad, Walt Disney. We are thinking of Diane tonight,”
He ended with this which stuck with me and made me think about how we enjoy everyday things.
“Walt was once asked who he makes films for and he said, ‘I make films for the child in all of us.’
Disney’s Frozen opens in theaters everywhere on November 22nd and trust me you shouldn’t miss it!!
