These have been a favorite in my household for many years and I have had so many people ask me about them that it was time to write it all down! These Turkey and Spinach roll ups are super easy and taste delicious. You can make a ton to have for parties, guests, or just to have around the house for a snack!
Here’s what you’re going to need!
1 Package Burrito size flour tortillas ( the bigger the better)
1 1/2 lbs sliced Turkey from the deli ( your choice, I use Boars Head.)
1 lb Muenster Cheese ( Again, your call I used Boars Head)
1 Large Onion Sliced thin
1 Package Earthbound Organics Baby Spinach ( This I am picky with as all other Spinach I’ve used tasted like I was eating dirt!)
2 Packages Cream Cheese
Mustard for drizzling ( I use Plochmans)
Let your cream cheese soften a bit and spread a layer across the flour tortilla.
Add a layer of Turkey followed by Onions and Spinach
Drizzle Mustard across the tortilla to your liking ( note that too much results in soggy yellow rolls..not that I would know from experience)
Tightly roll Tortilla and wrap in Saran Wrap ( LOVING the press and seal for this one)
Let the rolls chill in the refrigerator for a few hours to set
Remove Saran Wrap, slice, and enjoy!!
