Easy Vegan Raspberry Smoothie!!!

Here is a delicious way to start your day!! Raspberries are one of my favorite and the taste is fantastic. People will also enjoy that it is vegan though honestly it was just a perk here!! Enjoy this easy  Vegan Raspberry Smoothie!!

What you’re going to need –
½ cup soy vanilla ice cream (you can also use a nut or coconut ice cream as well)

1 sprig of fresh mint, mulled

1/2 cup cranberry juice

1/2 cup almond, soy or coconut milk

2 ounces of silken tofu (you can use soft, semi firm or firm)

1/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen works fine)

½ cup vegan yogurt

1/3 cup ice

1/2 cup orange juice (optional)

Blend until smooth and enjoy!!!
